FAITH HOPE & LOVE SUPPORT GROUP (FHL)
Our support groups offer a safe space for patients and their families to stay informed and connected.
These gatherings provide up-to-date information on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Attendees are encouraged to share their journeys, thoughts, and concerns in a welcoming and supportive environment.

HOPE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (HFAP)
HOPE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (HFAP)
We provide financial assistance to individuals undergoing treatment to help ease the burden during their journey.
Our support includes:
- Chemotherapy and post-surgery care packages
- Uber and Lyft gift cards for transportation
- Parking validations for appointments at the Houston Medical Center
- Grocery and restaurant gift cards

We are committed to helping patients focus on healing without the added stress of financial hardship.
Patients must be eligible to receive assistance by demonstrating their needs as verified by the application. Approved eligible patients can only receive $300 of financial aid within a 90-day period, based on the grant fiscal year.
HFAP is open two times per year contingent on funding (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter).
Currently HFAP is not available for financial assistance. Will notify when available.
